Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PPC Executive with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in real estate lead generation. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality leads at optimized CPL for residential and commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Search, Display, YouTube, Meta, and LinkedIn ad campaigns for real estate projects

Generate high-intent, sales-qualified leads for residential & luxury real estate

Perform keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy creation, and A/B testing

Optimize campaigns to achieve lower CPL, higher lead quality, and better ROI

Manage and scale budgets efficiently across platforms

Implement conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and CRM integrations

Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly & monthly MIS reports

Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion ratios

Stay updated with latest PPC trends, algorithm changes, and best practices

Required Skills & Expertise

4+ years of exclusive PPC experience in real estate lead generation

Strong command over:

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

LinkedIn Ads (Lead Gen & Traffic Campaigns)

Proven record of generating high-quality real estate leads

Experience handling high ad budgets

Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach

Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, LeadSquared, etc.) is a plus

Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure
