Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Real Estate Sales Person to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
• Conduct project presentations and property briefings
• Arrange and lead site visits with clients
• Follow up with clients for closures and deal finalization
• Maintain strong relationships with potential buyers
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with pre-sales and CRM for smooth documentation
• Keep updated knowledge of market trends and project details

Requirements:

• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Confident, well-groomed, and presentable personality
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Sales experience preferred (Real Estate experience is an advantage)
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
• Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills
• Own vehicle preferred
