Senior Power Platform Developer (4-6Y)

Job Title: Senior Power Platform Developer (Immediate 15 days of Joining)

Experience: 4-6 Years

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, and Canvas Apps within Model-driven environments.
• Build end-to-end Business Process Flows to support and enforce standardized processes across departments.
• Automate complex workflows using Power Automate (Flows), ensuring reliability and efficiency.
• Create and optimize business logic using Power FX, formulas, rules, and conditions aligned with process needs.
• Design and implement web resources (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) to enhance the user interface and custom functionality.
• Develop and manage custom connectors and integrations with external systems and APIs.
• Embed Power BI reports/dashboards into Power Apps for dynamic data visualization and decision-making support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and translate them into functional technical solutions.
• Conduct process mapping, identify gaps, and recommend improvements through automation and digitization.
• Maintain documentation for business processes, flows, and application design. Ensure compliance with security roles, environment governance, and best practices in the Power Platform.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, specifically: Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Canvas Apps within Model-driven environments
• Strong experience designing and implementing Business Process Flows and workflow automations.
• Proficiency in Power Automate, including scheduled, instant, and automated flows.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse (CDS), SharePoint, SQL, and custom connectors.
• Expertise in web resources (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Exposure to Power BI, including embedding reports in Power Apps (nice to have).
• Solid understanding of solution architecture, ALM, and governance in the Power Platform.
• Experience with unit testing, performance tuning, and deployment best practices. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
