The Role:

Senior Power BI Developer

What you’ll do

• Design ROI, NPV, IRR and payback dashboards that guide investment choices.
• Build scenario-based simulators with dynamic sliders for CAPEX/OPEX modeling.
• Develop ESG dashboards tracking CO₂ reduction, energy savings, and compliance.
• Architect scalable data models and document calculation methodologies.
• Deliver user guides and run knowledge-transfer sessions for stakeholders.

Must-haves

• 5+ years of Power BI experience (DAX, Power Query, Dataflows, Paginated Reports).
• Strong financial modeling skills: ROI, NPV, IRR, payback analysis.
• Proven ability with scenario simulations and parameterized dashboards.
• Solid data modeling knowledge (Star schema, Snowflake) and SQL proficiency.
• Experience with CAPEX/OPEX frameworks and KPI benchmarking.
