Greetings,
We are looking for a hands-on Operations & Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on keeping operations running smoothly and supporting technical workflows across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize operational and technical tasks.
Provide first-line technical support and troubleshoot issues.
Monitor and maintain automation (Activepieces, Make, n8n).
Coordinate with teams to ensure timely task completion.
Build and update reports and dashboards.
Help with customer on-boarding and delivery tracking.
Maintain internal documentation and SOPs.
Qualifications:
Experience-5-10yrs
Location Bangalore
NP- immediate-15Days only
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable using multiple tools and working with different teams.
Experience with Notion, Google Sheets, Trello, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with automation tools (Activepieces, Make, n8n, Zapier).
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Bonus: SQL, Python, or API knowledge.
