Senior Portfolio Manager Specialist

Job Summary: The Portfolio Manager Specialist is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and management of investment or project portfolios. This role involves analyzing portfolio performance, aligning investments with strategic goals, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring risk-adjusted returns. The specialist works closely with analysts, project managers, clients, and senior leadership to provide insights and drive portfolio success. Responsibilities Define and execute portfolio strategies aligned with business objectives. Evaluate new opportunities and optimize asset/project allocation to maximize returns or outcomes. Participate in long-term planning and capital allocation processes Monitor financial, operational, or delivery performance of portfolio components. Identify underperforming assets/projects and implement corrective actions. Develop performance dashboards, KPIs, and forecasts for executive reporting. Foster collaboration across functional teams (finance, operations, IT, legal, etc.). Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred. 8–12years of experience in portfolio management, investment management, or project/program oversight.
