Job SummaryThe Senior PI Analyst / Transformation Consultant supports cross-regional transformation initiatives that improve operational performance, financial outcomes, and process efficiency. The role works with the Portfolio Business Transformation Leader to apply structured problem solving, conduct analytical assessments, identify automation opportunities, and help implement standard processes. Experience with automation technologies (RPA, Power Apps, AI), visualization tools, and advanced Excel skills is essential.ResponsibilitiesProblem Solving and Analytical Assessment Apply Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, and structured problem-solving techniques. Analyze workflows, working capital drivers, and cycle times to identifyinefficiencies. Develop problem statements, hypotheses, insights, and solutionrecommendations.¢ Use visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar) to present insightsand performance trends.¢ Perform advanced analysis using Excel, including modeling, functions, pivots,and automation. Transformation Project Execution¢ Support multi-region programs by tracking actions, risks, and deliverytimelines.¢ Conduct current-state process mapping and assist in designing future-stateworkflows.¢ Identify automation opportunities using RPA, Power Apps, and AI-basedsolutions.¢ Collaborate with Finance, PMO, Tech, and regional teams for validation andexecution support. Change Management and Implementation Support¢ Develop communication materials, job aids, and training content for newprocesses.¢ Facilitate workshops, testing, and feedback sessions to ensure readiness.¢ Track adoption metrics and escalate barriers when required. Cross-Functional Collaboration¢ Partner with regional and functional teams to evaluate feasibility andoperational impact.¢ Support governance routines including updates, progress tracking, and risklogs.¢ Align stakeholders on priorities, dependencies, and execution requirements. Continuous Improvement and Capability Building¢ Promote structured problem-solving practices across teams.¢ Identify improvement opportunities in workflows, automation, and reporting.¢ Contribute to internal playbooks, templates, and best-practicedocumentation.Qualifications¢ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related fields.¢ 8+ years of experience in Process Improvement, Business Transformation,Analytics, or Consulting.¢ Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (from a reputed institute) stronglypreferred.¢ Experience with automation technologies such as RPA, Power Apps, and AItools.¢ Experience using data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar).¢ Excellent Excel skills required (advanced formulas, modeling, automation).¢ Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.¢ Comfortable working in an evening shift for cross-regional collaboration.Preferred Qualifications¢ Experience in insurance services, professional services, or multi-regionoperations.¢ Exposure to working capital, billing, or operational efficiency initiatives.¢ Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or PMP-based methodologies.
