Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist with 7+ years of clinical experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in assessment, manual therapy, rehabilitation, exercise prescription and patient management. This role also involves mentoring junior physiotherapists, guiding treatment plans and contributing to clinic development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver advanced physiotherapy interventions including manual therapy, electrotherapy, exercise-based rehab and preventive care.

• Lead and supervise a team of physiotherapists, interns and support staff.

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies to optimize patient recovery.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals (orthopedicians, psychologists, fitness experts, etc.) for integrated care.

• Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, ergonomics and preventive measures.

• Contribute to clinical audits, documentation, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Assist in developing SOPs, research, and training modules within the clinic.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on clinical experience in physiotherapy practice.

• Expertise in musculoskeletal, neurological and sports physiotherapy.

• Strong clinical reasoning, patient communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to mentor junior staff and manage clinical operations.

• Certifications in specialized techniques (manual therapy, dry needling, kinesio-taping, neuro-rehab, etc.) will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
