Who We Are Hiring

Senior Meta Ads specialist

leadership-level execution role

Core Responsibilities

• Own 

  end-to-end Meta Ads strategy

   for international travel destinations
• Plan and scale 

  full-funnel campaigns

   (TOF / MOF / BOF) across:
• Indian outbound travelers
• International markets (UAE, GCC, Europe, etc.)
• Convert 

  UGC, influencer & creator content

   into scalable paid ads using 

  Meta’s Andromeda / creator ad frameworks

• Actively optimize:
• CPL
• Lead quality
• Conversion rate
• ROAS (where applicable)
• Lead 

  creative testing frameworks

   (hooks, offers, formats, audiences)
• Set up and manage:
• Pixel + Conversion API
• Custom & Lookalike Audiences
• Advanced retargeting flows
• Collaborate with founders, sales, and creative teams to align ads with 

  revenue outcomes

• Identify scaling opportunities and 

  cut non-performing spend decisively

• Deliver 

  clear performance reports

   with actionable insights

Mandatory Senior-Level Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

only if you meet ALL criteria below

• 4–7+ years

   of Meta Ads experience (Facebook & Instagram)
• Proven experience running 

  international travel / hospitality / luxury campaigns

• Managed 

  ₹10L+ monthly ad budgets

   consistently
• Demonstrated ability to:
• Scale winning campaigns
• Improve lead quality
• Reduce CPL without volume drop
• Strong understanding of:
• Meta Ads Manager (advanced level)
• Pixel, CAPI, events, attribution
• Audience psychology for premium buyers
• Comfortable 

  leading strategy without supervision

• Able to explain 

  why

   a campaign worked or failed (not guesswork)

Strongly Preferred (High Weightage)

• Experience with 

  luxury travel, Maldives, Europe, cruise, or experiential travel

• Prior exposure to 

  UAE / GCC targeting

• Knowledge of 

  Google Ads / YouTube performance

• Experience working directly with 

  founders or revenue teams

• Background in 

  performance-led growth, not brand-only roles
