Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across multiple channels.
Manage and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and conversion rates.
Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in performance marketing with a focus on driving conversions and revenue growth.
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media channels.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software is desirable.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
