Job Summary:

The performance marketer will be responsible for executing and optimizing online marketing campaigns with a focus on achieving high ROI through digital channels. This role involves working with various performance metrics, leveraging marketing platforms, and continuously analyzing and adjusting strategies to ensure the company's digital campaigns are highly effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other programmatic advertising channels.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS, etc.) and optimize campaigns based on insights. Provide detailed performance reports and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Budget Management:

  • Allocate and manage budgets across different channels, ensuring optimal spend efficiency and maximization of ROI.
  • Landing Page Optimization:

  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling landing pages and ad creatives that drive conversions.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization:

  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign elements to continuously improve performance.
  • SEO & SEM Integration:

  • Work closely with the SEO team to ensure paid campaigns are aligned with organic search strategies to enhance overall visibility and performance.
  • Market Research:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, competitor activities, and industry changes to ensure the company's performance marketing strategies remain ahead of the curve.
  • Customer Journey Mapping:

  • Understand the customer journey and tailor marketing efforts to ensure high conversion rates at each stage of the funnel.
  • Collaboration:

  • Work cross-functionally with content, design, product, and sales teams to align performance marketing efforts with broader marketing and company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid media management, preferably in e-commerce or B2B/B2C marketing.
  • Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and programmatic advertising.
  • Familiarity with landing page optimization tools like Unbounce, Instapage, etc.
  • A/B testing experience and knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Solid understanding of SEO/SEM principles and their role in overall digital strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts is a plus.
