Senior Payroll Manager

The ideal candidate should have a strong working knowledge of advanced Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and complex formulas. Your key responsibilities will include validating salary structures, attendance, overtime, leave data, and statutory deductions. You will also be responsible for ensuring timely compliance for PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, and all applicable labor laws, handling audits, inspections, and liaising with statutory authorities. You will leverage advanced Excel for reconciliations, dashboards, and data analytics. Additionally, you will drive automation, process improvement, and system upgrades to increase efficiency and accuracy, and implement strong internal controls and compliance protocols. The candidate must possess an in-depth understanding of multi-state statutory compliance, proficiency in advanced Excel, strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. A Bachelor's degree in Commerce/HR/Finance is required, with an MBA being preferred. This is an on-site position with 6 days working, Monday to Saturday. Immediate joiners are preferred.
