Job Description

What you'll do1. Payroll Senior Executive / Manager

Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee the complete payroll cycle for ~7,000 employees on a monthly basis.Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, incentives, overtime, and final settlements.Maintain compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, and other applicable labor laws.Review and reconcile payroll reports; address and resolve payroll discrepancies.Coordinate with HR for employee data updates, attendance, and leave records.Collaborate with Finance for payroll accounting and audit requirements.

2. Internal Auditor (CA)Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute internal audits as per the audit schedule.Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, processes, and systems.Identify gaps, risks, and non-compliance issues; recommend corrective actions.Review financial and operational data for accuracy and integrity.Prepare audit reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans.Follow up on audit observations to ensure timely closure.
