To Ensure shop floor 5'S' practices 5. To improve the quality of the Painted parts as per Standards & customer requirements 6. To ensure the safety at factory 7. To enhance Employee participation in the Continuous improvement 8. To manage the contract employees 9. To control the consumable cost 10. To control the power cost Preferred candidate profile Minimum 7 Years of Experience in Paint shop Painting Process Team Management SAP Problem Solving
