Job Responsibilities: Develop and oversee the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid media within the Digital Marketing unit. Maintain control over daily, weekly, and monthly budgets for paid media initiatives. Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns. Conduct and implement A/B tests to achieve predefined objectives. Propose communication strategies based on campaign data, including KPIs, demographics, geography, and device usage. Present and effectively communicate the strategy and outcomes of paid media campaigns in relevant committees. Requirements: Up to 2 years of proven experience in paid social media and paid search management. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, advertising formats, and search engine marketing. Experience with social media analytics tools and search engine advertising platforms. Preferred hands-on experience on tools like Google Ads, SA360, Meta and LinkedIn Ads platforms. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
