Program Strategy Execution
Lead end-to-end vendor onboarding and outsourcing (3P) initiatives for new lines of business Design and implement compliance frameworks for outsourcing partners and their sites Build standardized mechanisms and processes for 3P program success Develop and execute network strategy for operations and 3P partnerships Drive operational excellence through data-driven decisions and process improvements Vendor Management Procurement Curate and manage requests-for-proposal (RFP) for outsourcing opportunities Partner with operations teams to define business requirements and success metrics Lead vendor and site strategy definition, location assessments, and contract administration Drive Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly business reviews with vendor and Amazon leadership Participate in semi-annual vendor relationship rating and improvement programs Risk Compliance Ensure compliance with Amazon Master
