Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
  
• Provide techno-functional support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Benefits.
  
• Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud components, including Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, HDL, PBL, and Application Security.
  
• Develop and troubleshoot BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, HCM Extracts, and Personalization.
  
• Customize and configure Page Composer, Page Configurator, and BPM workflows to enhance user experience.
  
• Work with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and integrations for seamless data flow across systems.
  
• Configure and manage custom roles, security policies, and user access control within Oracle HCM Cloud.
  
• Develop and debug Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, and Payroll Fast Formulas to meet business requirements.

Requirements

• 
  Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant.
• Strong expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Benefits modules.
  
• Hands-on experience with Fusion HCM Cloud and exposure to Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
  
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud tools, including HCM Extracts, HDL, PBL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formulas, BPM Workflows, and Security Configurations.
  
• Proven experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and Integrations.
  
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in Fusion functional workflows and module configurations.
  
• Excellent understanding of HCM module configurations, security roles, and data migration.
