The Role

Senior Oracle Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust PLSQL and Java-based solutions within Oracle environments.
• Collaborate with business analysts and project stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical implementations.
• Contribute to version control and deployment processes using Git and established source control practices.
• Participate in Agile sprints across different teams, flexing between projects to meet organizational priorities.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver effective resolutions in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle development, with strong proficiency in

  PLSQL,

  Java, Oracle Business Events and Advanced Queuing

• Proven experience with

  Git

  or equivalent source control tools in collaborative development settings.
• Solid understanding of

  enterprise business processes

  , with the ability to engage stakeholders and translate requirements effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and adapt quickly to shifting project needs and team dynamics.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams and changing priorities

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
