Senior Oracle ADF Developer – Remote (India Offshore)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle ADF Developer with a strong background in building and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF). The ideal candidate will have over a decade of experience in software development, with hands-on expertise in ADF 11g/12c, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and WebLogic Server.This role is fully remote (India-based) and will collaborate with global teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Oracle-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain complex enterprise applications using Oracle ADF 11g/12c.
Build and customize ADF Faces, Task Flows, View Objects (VOs), Entity Objects (EOs), and Application Modules.
Integrate ADF applications with Oracle Database, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and external systems.
Work closely with functional teams and solution architects to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
Perform application tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting across ADF layers.
Manage deployment and configuration on Oracle WebLogic Server.
Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams for testing and deployment automation.
Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to coding and design standards.
Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and reusable components for future projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of overall software development experience, with 6+ years in Oracle ADF.
Deep expertise in Oracle JDeveloper, ADF Business Components, and ADF Faces.
Hands-on experience with Oracle WebLogic Server, SOA, and BPM Suite.
Strong command over PL/SQL, Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c), and query optimization.
Knowledge of Java EE concepts (JSP, Servlets, EJBs) and MVC architecture.
Experience integrating with Oracle Fusion Applications or Oracle Cloud (preferred).
Familiarity with Git, JIRA, and Agile/Scrum development practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with global clients.

Preferred Skills

Oracle Certification in ADF, Java, or Fusion Middleware.
Experience with Oracle APEX, OAF, or Fusion Cloud customizations.
Exposure to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and DevOps CI/CD tools.
Experience in large-scale enterprise or offshore delivery environments.
