Senior Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations in the assigned region. Manage inventory, order processing, and ensure timely dispatch. Ensure strict adherence to SLAs and client expectations. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and delivery partners. Track performance metrics and drive operational improvements. Handle manpower planning, shift scheduling, and cost control. Lead audits, compliance, and safety measures. Requirements: 7-12 years of experience in e-commerce operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficient in Excel, MIS, and operational reporting. Experience with high-volume hubs and warehouse automation preferred. Willingness to travel across locations as required.
