Job Description

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations Lead to manage BTL campaigns, on-ground activations and large-scale events across India. The role involves end-to-end planning, vendor management, budgeting and ensuring smooth, high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

Plan & execute BTL campaigns, events and activations across multiple locations.
Create execution plans, SOPs, timelines and checklists for all campaigns.
Coordinate fabrication, AV, printing, logistics, manpower and on-site operations.
Manage vendor selection, negotiation, billing and performance.
Prepare budgets, costings and ensure project profitability.
Lead regional ops teams, promoters and field staff.
Track daily execution, resolve issues and maintain quality standards.
Generate post-event reports, performance metrics and ROI insights.

Requirements

Graduate/MBA (Event Mgmt/Operations preferred).
6-10 years of experience in BTL, events or activations.
Strong knowledge of fabrication, production, logistics and event operations.
Excellent communication, multitasking and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and project/task management tools.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
