Senior Operations Executive

Position Summary

The Senior Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, monitoring production and dispatch schedules, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency. This role demands strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage daily plant operations, including production support, dispatch, and logistics coordination.
2. Monitor operational processes to ensure timely execution of production and delivery schedules.
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams production, purchase, warehouse, QA/QC, and accounts for smooth workflow.
4. Track inventory movement of raw and packing materials in coordination with the store and procurement team.
5. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
6. Identify bottlenecks in operations and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
7. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
8. Handle vendor and service provider coordination for operational requirements.
9. Support management in manpower allocation and shift planning for operational efficiency.
10. Act as a point of contact for resolving operational issues and escalations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 35 years of experience in operations within manufacturing or FMCG/Pharma industries.
• Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of supply chain, production planning, and logistics management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
