Job Description

Role Overview: You will work independently to close deals and manage assigned clients. Supporting senior-level colleagues in deal development and execution will be part of your responsibilities. Taking ownership of specific industry sectors or client segments is key. Additionally, you will develop and deliver presentations to various audiences, prospect and identify new business opportunities within the sustainability consulting space, qualify leads, and develop relationships with potential clients. Negotiating and closing deals with new clients, managing existing client relationships, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling are also part of your role. Staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor offerings, contributing to the development and execution of the business development strategy, and meeting or exceeding individual sales targets are essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Work independently to close deals and manage assigned clients - Support senior-level colleagues in deal development and execution - Take ownership of specific industry sectors or client segments - Develop and deliver presentations to a variety of audiences - Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the sustainability consulting space - Qualify leads and develop relationships with potential clients - Create and deliver compelling presentations about our services and solutions - Negotiate and close deals with new clients - Manage existing client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor offerings - Contribute to the development and execution of the business development strategy - Meet or exceed individual sales targets Qualifications: - Connect with importers/OEMs for supply chain sustainability - Connect with Financial Institutions/ International events - Connect with Manufacturing companies in SEZ/Industrial hubs - Graduate or Post Graduate with excellent interpersonal skills, proficiency in Local Language, and English language proficiency - Experience in business development, sales, or a related field - Experience in the sustainability consulting industry is a plus - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Strong relationship-building skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact - Experience Required: 4-6 Years,
