Senior Operations Executive

The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing customers and support technicians to ensure seamless operation and customer satisfaction for VTS (Vehicle Tracking Systems) services. You will play a key role in maintaining client relations, planning and coordinating technical support, and overseeing installation and maintenance activities. Your main responsibilities will include managing and directing the customer service field team/support technicians in responding to customer calls and complaints, coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth operations, monitoring VTS devices, planning new installations and maintenance, leading a team of customer support field technicians, conducting customer training sessions, performing GPS data analysis, preparing billing data, updating information systems, and providing progress reports to stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in managing customer interactions, have at least 2 years of experience in leading customer support technicians in electronics or consumer durables industry, be proficient in planning and coordinating field activities, have excellent communication abilities, a proactive approach to problem-solving, ability to work under pressure, and expertise in MS Word, Excel, and Google Maps.
