Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Operations Engineer to lead and manage the operational

workflow for CNC machined components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background

in mechanical engineering, hands-on CNC knowledge, and customer-facing experience.

This role involves planning, executing production operations, maintaining quality control,

overseeing purchase functions, and directly interacting with key clients. The candidate will

be the front-face of the company for critical customers and must demonstrate excellent

communication, leadership, and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead daily operations for CNC machining of components.

 Coordinate with the planning and production teams to ensure timely execution.

 Monitor quality standards and implement corrective actions when necessary.

 Oversee procurement and ensure the timely availability of raw materials.

 Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers.

 Attend client meetings, understand technical requirements, and translate them into

production plans.

 Maintain production efficiency and minimize downtime.

 Supervise junior engineers and machine operators.

Key Skills Required:

 Thorough technical knowledge of CNC machines and components.

 Strong expertise in production planning and execution.

 Exposure to quality control processes in a manufacturing environment.

 Understanding of purchase operations and vendor coordination.

 Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.

 Proficient in handling day-to-day shop floor operations.

 Leadership and team-handling capabilities.
