Key Responsibilities:

Status Reporting & MIS Collation
Timely updates and data collation from all departments
Inter-departmental / Inter-unit Coordination
Seamless coordination between various campuses and departments
Follow-up on Joint Directors Directives
Ensure timely execution and feedback tracking
Documentation & Communication Flow
Maintain documentation, draft workflows, SOPs, and ensure proper communication alignment across teams

Desired Candidate Profile:

Male candidate
with
38 years of experience
in operations; experience in the
education industry
preferred
Strong
command over English
(written and verbal)
Proficient in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
Capable of drafting
SOPs, process/workflow documents, and MIS reports
Exposure to
graphic designing
or
marketing coordination
will be an added advantage
Highly organized, proactive, and good at cross-functional communication
