Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Officer located in Baddi. The Senior Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within the pharmaceutical manufacturing unit, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and guiding a team of professionals. Key tasks include managing projects, coordinating with multiple departments, implementing best practices, and monitoring production processes. The role also involves conducting regular audits, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, project management, and regulatory compliance Proven leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or a related field Experience with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is a plus Show more Show less
