Job Description

Job Objective

Provide direct patient care, including assessing patient conditions, administering medications, and performing treatments as prescribed by physicians or under the supervision of senior nursing staff.
Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rate, and temperature, and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
Conduct patient assessments, document patient histories, and contribute to the development of care plans.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including nursing notes, medication records, and care plans.
