Facilitate CME programs, trainings, and skill development for clinical staff. Participate in credentialing and privileging of clinicians. 4. Patient Safety & Experience Monitor clinical outcomes, incident reports, and patient grievances. Ensure timely resolution of complaints in coordination with MS office. Promote a culture of patient-centered care. 5. Regulatory & Statutory Compliance Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (Biomedical Waste, PNDT, Pharmacy, Fire & Safety, AERB, etc.).
