Shift: 9:30 - 6:30PM
Experience: 5-7 Years in Non-IT Recruitment

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment across domains such as finance, operations, customer service, executive admin, HR, SCM, and support functions.
Work closely with internal stakeholders & clients to understand hiring requirements and define sourcing strategy.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and direct headhunting.
Conduct screening, competency evaluation, interview scheduling, and coordination.
Drive salary negotiation, offer management, and post-offer follow-up to ensure successful onboarding.
Maintain daily/weekly recruitment trackers, MIS reports & meet hiring SLAs.
Manage stakeholder relationships and deliver high-quality profiles within timelines.
What Youll Bring
Proven experience in Non-IT hiring — mid-level to senior-level roles.
Strong sourcing skills: Boolean search, LinkedIn search, market mapping & headhunting.
Ability to handle volume hiring as well as niche role closures.
Good communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
