Job Title: Senior Node.js Developer(Backend)

Location: Mohali

As a Senior Node.js Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and

maintaining scalable applications and APIs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to

deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of

Node.js, JavaScript, microservices, and React Native.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js.

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Troubleshoot and debug applications.

• Ensure the security and data protection of the applications.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Node.js.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks/libraries.

• React Native knowledge.

• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and front-end frameworks (React/Angular/Vue) is a plus.

• Experience with MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

• Experience with API design (REST/GraphQL).

• Knowledge of microservices architecture.

• Understanding of Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Aerospike.

• Experience with Git.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Experience with profiling tools and monitoring (e.g., New Relic).
