Senior NOC Delivery Engineer

As a NOC Support Engineer at ChargePoint, you will play a crucial role in resolving and fixing issues with ChargePoint's array of Charging stations. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing technical expertise to diagnose and resolve problems with the charging stations - Driving the resolution of charging station faults to reduce critical outages and improve overall uptime - Collaborating with other services teams to ensure efficient problem resolution - Analyzing, diagnosing, isolating, and resolving problems while documenting the analysis in case notes - Learning and understanding the technological aspects of different models of ChargePoint Charging stations to drive faster resolutions - Working within an ITIL service lifecycle framework to achieve MTTR and MTBF - Creating technical documentation and enhancing processes and procedures - Performing proactive preventative maintenance for both hardware and software - Working in shifts spanning 24 hours on all 5 working days from the office To be successful in this role, you should bring: - A tenacious commitment to customer-focused support - Strong troubleshooting and advanced analytical thinking skills - Ability to convey complex concepts in easily digestible communications - Experience in driving initiatives and cross-functional collaborations - Account management skills for investigating and understanding historical issues - Adaptability to changes in work tasks or environment - Proactive identification of areas for product improvement - High standards of performance and accountability Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum of 6 years in a technical support environment for complex hardware and software solutions - Experience, certifications, or a bachelor's degree in a technical field - Exposure to CLI interface of Linux and Unix - Understanding of Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management processes - Familiarity with ITIL or other operational frameworks - Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Desirable skills in power distribution, EV charging protocols, and CRM tools If your experiences and skills align with the requirements of this role at ChargePoint, you will be contacted directly.
