Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage new product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration of processes. Develop and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) for new products, ensuring compliance with customer requirements. Conduct CFT meetings with customers to understand their needs and expectations, providing effective solutions through Customer Coordination. Ensure effective Product Data Management by maintaining accurate records of product specifications, drawings, and documentation. Desired Candidate Profile 3-7 years of experience in New Product Development or related field. Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization. Strong understanding of Product Development life cycle stages such as NPD, PDP, PPAP etc. Proficiency in creating BOM's using various tools like Excel/NPI software.
