Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage quality systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards (IATF 16949) and customer requirements.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain quality control plans, procedures, and documentation for wiring harness products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints related to product quality issues.
Ensure effective implementation of QMS policies, procedures, and regulations within the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-10 years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), preferably in an automotive industry setting.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Automobile Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or Electrical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.).
Strong understanding of IATF 16949 standard and its application in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including customers, suppliers, engineers, etc.
