Develop and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) for new products, ensuring compliance with customer requirements. Conduct CFT meetings with customers to understand their needs and expectations, providing effective solutions through Customer Coordination. Ensure effective Product Data Management by maintaining accurate records of product specifications, drawings, and documentation. Desired Candidate Profile 3-7 years of experience in New Product Development or related field. Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization. Strong understanding of Product Development life cycle stages such as NPD, PDP, PPAP etc. Proficiency in creating BOM's using various tools like Excel/NPI software.

Ensure effective implementation of QMS policies, procedures, and regulations within the organization. Desired Candidate Profile 8-10 years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), preferably in an automotive industry setting. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Automobile Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or Electrical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.). Strong understanding of IATF 16949 standard and its application in a manufacturing environment. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including customers, suppliers, engineers, etc.
