Job Description

Senior Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities:-

Perform
24x7x365 network monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management
.
Diagnose and resolve network issues in collaboration with global service providers.
Ensure
high global network uptime
and
rapid restoration of services
.
Configure, manage, and support Cisco routing technologies.
Provide support for switching and firewall operations.
Maintain detailed documentation for incidents and resolutions.

Qualifications:-

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Telecommunication (EXTC) or equivalent.
CCNA/CCNP certification
(mandatory).
6–7 years of proven experience
in network engineering and support.

Skills & Competencies:-

Strong hands-on experience with
Cisco Routing technologies
.
Good knowledge of
Switching and Firewalls
.
Expertise in diagnosing and resolving network outages.
