Build customer simulations to validate/resolve complex issues and compatibility challenges. Partner with engineering teams to solve complex problems and drive issue resolution. Deliver technical expertise and guidance to resolve customer problems efficiently. Collaborate with customers and Cisco stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize solutions. Support pre-sales activities by translating business requirements into solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot network systems to ensure smooth operations. Required Skills & Experience Strong expertise in Nexus Data Center technology (hands-on experience required). Deep knowledge of IP routing protocols (OSPF, BGP ) and VPN tunnels. Hands-on experience with IPsec VPN configuration & troubleshooting. Strong understanding of DMVPN architecture ( mGRE, NHRP, dynamic spoke-to-spoke). Experience with GETVPN deployment and Cisco router platforms. Proficiency in debugging, packet captures, and show commands. Solid knowledge of encryption standards ( AES, SHA-2). BS in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Preferred: CCNP / CCIE certifications. You Are Someone Who Thrives in customer-facing roles and enjoys solving complex network challenges.
