The MissionAnalytixdata solves complex business problems using AI and Data. But complex solutions are hard to sell if clients don't understand them visually.We are looking for a highly versatile Senior Multimedia Designer who can operate across the entire visual spectrum—from hand-drawn sketches to 3D product videos and cutting-edge AI-generated visuals. Your job is to make "Data Analytics" look sexy, understandable, and engaging for a corporate audience.2. Core ResponsibilitiesThis is a generalist role requiring proficiency across four key areas:A. 3D & Product Visualization (The "Wow" Factor)• Create high-quality 3D animations that visualize abstract concepts (e.g., showing how data flows through an ERP system, or visualizing an AI neural network).• Develop "Product Videos" for our intangible services. Since we don't have a physical product, you must create slick, futuristic 3D environments that represent our digital solutions.B. Video Production & Motion Graphics (The Storytelling)• Short-Form: Produce snappy, engaging videos for LinkedIn Reels/YouTube Shorts that grab attention in under 30 seconds.• Explainer Videos: Create 2D/mixed-media motion graphics that break down complex case studies (e.g., "How we saved a client 20% using AI").C. Static & Sketching (The Foundation)• Sketch Artist/Storyboarding: Use traditional sketching skills to quickly storyboard video concepts or create unique hand-drawn illustrations for our website/whitepapers to stand out from generic stock photos.• Corporate Graphics: Design professional infographics, high-stakes sales presentations (PPT decks), and social media static posts.D. AI Video & Gen-AI Tools (The Cutting Edge)• As an AI company, we must walk the talk. You will spearhead the use of generative AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, RunwayML, etc.) to speed up asset creation, generate stock footage, and create unique video concepts that aren't possible manually.3. Tool Proficiency (The "Stack")You must be highly proficient in:• Video/Motion: Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro.• Static: Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.• 3D: Blender or Cinema 4D.A strong bonus if you use:• AI Tools: Midjourney, Firefly, Runway Gen-2, Pika Labs.• Procreate (for sketching).4. Candidate Profile: The B2B CreativeWe aren't looking for a music video director. We need a B2B visual communicator.• The Translator: You can look at a boring spreadsheet or a technical document and instantly imagine a visual way to explain it.• Versatility Over Specialization: You may not be the world's best 3D artist, but you are competent in 3D, excellent at video, and solid at design. You are a "onestop-shop" for visual needs.• B2B Aesthetic: You understand corporate professionalism. Your designs are clean, trustworthy, and premium—suitable for Fortune 500 clients.• Speed & Adaptability: You can switch from a complex 3D project in the morning to whipping up a quick LinkedIn Short in the afternoon.5.
