Job Description

Role Overview: As a Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer (L2) at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for maintaining clients" IT infrastructure and systems. Your role will involve proactively monitoring, investigating, and resolving technical incidents and problems to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction. Collaborating with other teams and clients, you will provide second-level support and contribute to maintaining service quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Manage work queues, address incidents and requests within SLAs, and update tickets with actions taken - Identify, analyze, and log issues to prevent escalation and maintain service quality - Execute changes meticulously, contribute to change management process with detailed documentation - Audit incident and request tickets for quality, recommend improvements, and identify tasks for automation - Handle client escalations professionally, assist in disaster recovery functions and tests - Support L1 Engineers, drive optimization efforts by working with automation teams, and contribute to various projects Qualifications Required: - Moderate-level experience in managed services roles handling cross-technology infrastructure - Knowledge of ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow - Familiarity with ITIL processes and experience working with vendors and third parties - Proficiency in planning activities and projects, adapting to changing circumstances - Effective communication skills across different cultures and social groups - Ability to work well under pressure, including longer hours when necessary - Commitment to prioritizing client needs and ensuring a positive experience - Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience About the Company: NTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
