Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Delivery & Optimization:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of mobile performance campaigns across affiliate networks, publishers, and direct partners.
• Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs including installs, registrations, purchases, and ROAS.

Affiliate & Partner Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, networks, and mobile app publishers.
• Negotiate payouts, terms, and campaign structures to maximize profitability.

Tracking & Attribution:

• Work closely with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.) to set up, track, and troubleshoot campaigns.
• Ensure accurate tracking implementation, fraud detection, and compliance with attribution standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Coordinate with internal teams including product, tech, and creative for smooth campaign execution.
• Provide feedback and insights to enhance app onboarding flows, retention strategies, and monetization.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, in mobile affiliate/user acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate ecosystems, CPI/CPL/CPA campaigns, and programmatic buying.
• Hands-on experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch).
• Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Data Studio skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding mobile acquisition and ROI targets.
