Senior MIS Executive

As a Data Analyst in our company, your role will involve collecting and accurately entering data from various sources and departments. You will be responsible for maintaining data with a high degree of accuracy and ensuring timely data gathering by following up with teams regularly. Organizing and managing data systematically to ensure completeness will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed reports from collected data for data analysis and reporting. - Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI and advanced Excel for real-time insights. - Cross-check and verify data for accuracy and consistency. - Identify critical areas in data reports and system processes that need attention. In this position, collaboration and support are crucial. You will work closely with various departments to understand business operations and critical data aspects. Providing support and training to teams on data collection and reporting processes will be necessary. Additionally, identifying areas for improvement within data management processes and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness will be part of your responsibilities. Key Skills Required for the Role: - Proficiency in advanced Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools. - Strong experience with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation. - Familiarity with database management systems is a plus. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management. - Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to understand business operations and critical aspects of data. Qualifications and Experience: - A bachelor's degree (Graduate) is preferred. - 3-5 years of experience in MIS, data analytics, or a related field. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain data confidentiality. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
