Job Summary:
The QC Testing Technician performs routine tests on PVC compounds to ensure product quality meets industry standards. The role involves testing physical properties, fire retardancy, and chemical stability, and working with production teams to resolve quality issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical, chemical, and fire retardant tests on PVC compounds.
- Document results and recommend corrective actions to production teams.
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
- Collaborate on quality improvements and address customer complaints.
- Data entry & analysis
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree(Or any fresher)
- Experience in PVC compound testing preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
