Description
JD: Category Management - Consignment Identifying new consignment vendor partners to fill critical gaps in merchandise in accordance with the brand ethos. Ensure vendors provide a unique offering that fits within the Beruru range, selecting at SKUs per partner with a target to deliver monthly. Improve Consignment / SIS partners sales while managing strong vendor relationships for sustained business growth and continuity. Oversee day-to-day merchandise operations, including vendor registration, creating master sheets, stock movement oversight, payment voucher processing, and ledger reconciliations, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. Monitor and analyze key operational metrics, such as sales performance, inventory management, and SOH, and take appropriate actions to drive improvements. Manage stock movement activities, including monthly stock reconciliation, inter-store movements, re-stocking, active discontinuation of non-moving stocks, and addressing quality issues with vendors. Resolve quality and damage issues during transit in coordination with vendors. Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to develop attractive and effective store layouts/communication to enhance customer experience and drive sales. Category Management - Imports Work closely with the B&M Head to finalize the Imports vendor order sheet and oversee associated operations such as payments and documentation verification. Check all documentation from import vendors, create vendor master sheets with allocation details, and work closely with the logistics manager to ensure order completion until shipping. Monitor and analyze key operational metrics, such as sales performance, inventory management, and SOH, and take proactive actions to improve performance. Manage stock movement activities by raising timely re-stocking flags, actively identifying non-moving stocks, and addressing quality issues with vendors. Resolve quality and damage issues during transit collaboratively with vendors.
