We are looking for an experienced engineer to join our GAITech team at our firm’s office in Hyderabad or Bengaluru. This role entails working as a part of a team that is focused on providing core AI infrastructure for the firm. The focus will be on improving areas including developer productivity, process efficiency, making DESCO data easy to use with LLMs, promoting generative AI for BU-specific adoption, etc. You will be expected to comprehend the technical requirements of diverse groups using AI, explore open-source tech options beneficial for us, and integrate the chosen tech within our teams to enhance efficiency and construct supportive systems. WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY: In this position, you will work on overseeing the end-to-end development of generative AI tools and infrastructure. As an important part of the role, you will solve complex technical challenges, ensure project specifications are met efficiently, and facilitate the rapid learning and implementation of new technologies within the team.
