Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Medical Coder located in Gurugram, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Medical Coder will perform tasks including reviewing and analyzing medical documentation, applying appropriate medical codes, and ensuring accuracy in coding records. The individual will collaborate with healthcare providers, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and participate in quality assurance activities. Additional tasks may involve training junior coders and staying updated with coding guidelines. Qualifications Proven Coding Experience and proficiency in Medical Coding RHIT,AAPC or AHIMA certification and knowledge of Health Information Management Familiarity with Medical Terminology and its application in coding Attention to detail and ability to ensure coding accuracy Strong understanding of regulatory compliance standards Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a hybrid model with flexibility Experience in the healthcare industry is beneficial 5+ year of experience in medical coding.
