Senior Media Planner

The Channel Expertise Manager at Havas Media is responsible for creating and managing the Media Experience (Mx) for a group of clients within a specific channel. As the custodian of the Mx plan structure, negotiation, and delivery, your role will involve various key responsibilities: - Crafting a strategic plan aligned with brand objectives, encompassing the selection of Genres & Channels based on Reach, Share, Affinity, Clutter & Stickiness criteria. - Developing a well-organized schedule to enhance visibility and optimize campaign performance. - Tracking, evaluating, and reporting on client campaigns, including the formulation of monthly television reports. - Monitoring competitors" activities and conducting category studies to stay informed on industry trends. - Coordinating with channels to prevent GRPs drop and ensuring successful campaign releases. - Presenting comprehensive Pre & Post Campaign Analyses in the form of a Deck to stakeholders. - Participation in new business development and pitch processes. - Utilizing BARC data for plan evaluation and conducting day-to-day data analysis for clients using MPA & TGI Software. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 4+ years of experience in media planning within a Media Agency or Trading desk environment. - A Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Advertising, with proficiency in English. - Soft skills like understanding the business landscape, taking initiative, and building collaborative relationships. - Strong competencies in media planning, negotiation, programmatic advertising, and marketing strategy. - Technical proficiency in tools such as BARC, YUMI, IRM, and MAP, operational performance management tools like Pilot and IOMT, and advertising technologies like ad servers and ad platforms.
