Senior Media Data Analyst

In the Senior Marketing Analyst position at Monks, you will be responsible for a variety of data analysis activities and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as media, finance, and operations. As our ideal candidate, we are looking for a fast and flexible go-getter who seizes new opportunities with enthusiasm. - Perform data analysis activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Partner with a tech company to support advertising campaigns and provide analytics. - Fast and flexible go-getter with a proactive mindset. - Build, enhance, and streamline reports for project performance understanding. - Manage data team backlog and project manage data team projects. - Analyse complex data sets to identify trends, issues, and insights. - Provide analytical support to cross-functional teams. - Maintain data products, create visualisation tools, dashboards, reports, and spreadsheets. - Understand data flows, sources, and transformations across multiple data platforms. - Proactively identify data issues and collaborate on solutions. - Assist in process improvements within the data team. - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field. - Minimum 1 year of experience using SQL, proficient with spreadsheet and data visualisation tools. - Familiarity with programming languages like Javascript, R, Python is a plus. - Strong presentation skills for sharing findings with stakeholders. - Strong time and project management skills, attention to detail. - Ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high-quality work against tight deadlines. - Problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve complex problems using data. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with senior leaders.
