Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Media Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the media industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Build, enhance, and streamline reports to understand project performance.
Manage the data team backlog and serve as project manager on various projects.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, issues, and gather insights.
Provide analytical support to cross-functional teams.
Maintain data flows, sources, and transformations across multiple platforms via a data integration tool.
Proactively identify and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data issues.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Quantitative Finance, or other analytics-related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience using SQL, with strong proficiency in spreadsheets and data visualization tools.
Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, R, or Python is a plus.
Expertise in creating spreadsheets and presenting findings coherently to stakeholders.
Self-starter with strong time and project management skills, and high attention to detail.
Ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems using data.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to engage with senior leaders.
