Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in the FMCG sector, preferably in food processing or packaging environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing mechanical systems and equipment to ensure seamless production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical equipment used in food processing and packaging lines.
• Perform regular preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Monitor equipment performance and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company SOPs.
• Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to support operational goals.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery or upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a mechanical role within the FMCG sector.
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and conveyors.
• Experience with food-grade machinery and GMP-compliant environments preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills and a proactive work ethic.
