About The Opportunity

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based outpatient clinical care for adults and children: history-taking, examination, diagnosis, and treatment in a charitable OPD.
• Manage common acute and chronic conditions, stabilize emergencies, and refer patients appropriately to higher centres when needed.
• Prescribe and dispense medications safely, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure clear documentation for follow-up care.
• Lead health education and counselling for patients and families on preventive care, medication adherence, maternal-child health, nutrition, and sanitation.
• Support community outreach activities and periodic health camps—screening, vaccination drives, and liaising with local stakeholders to improve access to care.
• Uphold clinical governance: infection control, basic biomedical waste practices, ethical standards, and reporting of notifiable diseases.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• MBBS degree with a valid medical registration in India (state medical council).
• Minimum 2+ years clinical experience in primary care, OPD, or community health settings.
• Strong clinical examination and diagnostic skills with the ability to manage common emergencies and chronic conditions.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English for patient counselling and documentation.
  

Preferred

• Experience working with NGOs, charitable clinics, rural health programs, or health camps.
• Training or exposure in community medicine, public health, or emergency first response.
